They suit odd-shaped products, auto and machine parts, repeat bulk requirements and any business paying for air inside oversized standard cartons. We confirm feasibility, price and lead time in a written quotation.
How to choose
- Choose custom size when no standard box fits without lots of filler.
- Choose 3, 5 or 7 ply based on weight, distance and stacking.
- Order repeat sizes in bulk once the size is approved to save time on later orders.
Packing tips
- Measure inside length x width x height of the product itself, then add cushioning space for each side.
- Always quote length first, then width, then height, and state the unit.
- Approve one sample size or a small first order before placing a large quantity.
